products are custom designed to your specifications, so exchanges/refunds are handled as follows:

  • If products are deemed to have a quality defect, exchange will be permitted with 1 year without using
  • If any quality issues develop within 1 years, products may be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of
  • If issues are the result of customer neglect, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, vehicle accidents, burns or cuts, incorrect installation or use, etc, no refunds or exchanges will permitted
  • All refunds or exchanges require the original receipt

To begin a claim for refund or exchange, please send an email to [email protected] or call us at 905-336-6676.

Once both parties have agreed to an appropriate course of action, products should be delivered to Car Defender Inc. (in-person or via courier)

Please note that all of our car mats are custom made based on your specific vehicle , the type of mat selected, and the colour of mat you chose. As such, once your mat is made we are not able to change the material or colour. However we realize that people change their mind sometimes. So, we will accept changes to your order (colour, material, configuration) at no charge or you can cancel your order within the first 24 hours after order is placed. After 24 hours we may not be able to accommodate your request.
